Deposit can be cash or check. Check will be Bank deposited. Deposits will be refunded by mail
within 15 business days after the sale. The deposit will not be refunded during the sale under any
circumstance.

• Buyer’s premium of 5% will be added automatically to the final price upon settlement and payable without relief to the auction company.
Applicable Fla. sales tax and fees will be collected for vehicle purchase. Unless Fla. tax exemption certificate or another verifiable exclusion is verified.
